PURGE THIS massive hacking alliance please.

please as a matter of urgency look into this alliance.

70% of the alliance is “new account” in last few months, all over level 320-330, all gaining up to 3 million experience on any 24 hr period!

top to bottom they are hacking perfect max accounts, and then fighting in wars.

i have sent messages to you here, discord, to in game customer service and twitter,

this alliance needs to be reviewed top to bottom and purged as a matter a matter of urgency

I looked them, most of acconts founded on february 2019 and over lvl 300.

Hacking/ cheating alliances that spring up overnight do this game and the player community no favours at all, in fact quite the contrary. Nexon would do well to review its security protocol in its entirety and resource it appropriately so action can be taken on these and other similar hackers and cheats more or less in real time. If indeed nexon cant prevent these hackers activating these cheats or hacks in the first place. I saw the separate thread on the forum with the multitude of hacks disclosed on reddit. It is just mind boggling that nexon has been aware of these for months and not actioned, in fact continued to operate the game (including charging paying players) as if it was business as usual.

From a personal perspective, I dont understand what satisfaction entire cheating alliances such as the one above, Garuda S and others get from doing these wholesale hacks. I can only surmise, they must have very frustrating rls and this is their only avenue to vent....

Well, seems all the accounts are hacked all the way to max space age, and should not be able to be made in just a few months, even wall are max.

This is one of the reasons I play less and less, nothing seems to be done about cheaters. Garuda Sakti is still roaming free on the top list too. Its like if not all the bugs, exploits and glitches was enough. Are there not any protocols at all monitoring player progression?

every single attack by this alliance uses the matrix disable defenses in theirnattack sequence and record 5 star win in combat log, despite 0-3 star wins in the replay log.

EVERY SINGLE ATTACK.

not only is every base hacked to level 332 in just weeks to months, they hack every attack so they are in defeatable in wars.

when will BHG reply about this. I have sent evidence to in game CS, FACEBOOk, here, discord, Twitter. These are simple visible hackers going unpunished week after week.

While in case of Garuda Sakti the banning would not really help (banning Iron Age hacking accounts would not help at all) in this case all accounts are clearly hacked and no other evidence is needed to ban them. It's beyond my understanding how these accounts are not yet banned.

Currently disorder has matched them as well, I lack any confidence anything will be done. They have been reported hundreds of times with nothing. Show us otherwise

There is one thing that massively irritates us.

There are dozens of accounts maxed in a week and Nexon needs player reports to look into. How come these accounts were not banned the day after they got that high? Checking once in a day some player base reports about ridiculously high experience point gains would be enough for that.
They are (or we suppose he/she is) attacking in WW with his opponent's defenses switched off. How come these accounts were not banned after clear evidence provided by Order66 members? What are they waiting for? All the accounts were again reported on planning day by Disorder members, still nothing has been done by CS all day long. This alliance with maxed/hacked accounts is winning wars like this for a full month, I'm sure all opponents are reporting them to CS and nothing happens. For a month! Garuda Sakti has been reported for cheating for a year with bulletproof evidence still nothing happened to them - for a year.
Incompetent? Lazy? No. More an evil-minded and malicious behavior to those who feed them.

Thank You TinSoldier, your team has again failed to assist, zero support in game (not even a canned response) to multiple contacts, and zero support from any other dept. The hacking and cheating goes on, they ruin the game completely and its all rotten in every aspect.
What else could we do? Ah, yes nothing. I wonder why we bother...

Because after all the updates that we had full of bugs, rampant cheating, terrible security and useless Customer service we still here and we still hoping for the best for this game.
