Players, what are your plans for Nexons future?

Given that Nexon haven't really addressed players gripes - given the time frame of the game and countless updates - I would like to know what all your plans are.

Let's face it: costs that just go up in a linear fashion with no regard to common sense or technological improvements, upgrade times that are ludicrous and border on the insane, troop AI or questionable effectiveness, resources that are either ridiculously unnecessary (at certain ages) or marginally attainable, a medal system that is at best ''hard'' and at worst ''unfair'', and general peripheral issues like unit historical accuracy, unit allocation, technological research relevance, etc - are things that, we all seem to agree, are going to kill this game. (some would argue it already has)

I'm interested to know how far all of you plan to progress with this game. Me personally, I was happy to max out at IA - now I think I'll aim for maxing out certain things in Global - I won't be going Nuclear if the issues above follow the same boring pattern - and I've been one of the biggest supporters of this game.

So, how far do you think you'll go?

I'm going until I'm either a) too bored to continue OR b) the game pisses me off so much I can't stand playing any longer AND c) my friends/alliance-mates are no longer able to convince me to stay.

PS I have experienced both a) and b) many times but my friends/alliance-mates are what always keep me coming back to play another day.

I am not a perfectionist and I am not obsessed to upgrade each piece of brick in the wall. I am satisfied to just advance technology and use new troops and tactics. So that means I can follow up with all the future ages. I am still waiting for the co-op mode of this game, that two people attack a mega base together....

So you're happy to keep playing for ever-increasing resources and happy to put up with ever-increasing upgrade times? Will you be happy to have your buildings upgrading for 2+ weeks while it only takes a day or two to gather the resources for said building? I doff my chapeau to you .....

I still don't understand why the same size lot took 15 minutes to clear in the stone age yet takes 21 days in Industrial...

Yes, that is one of the more puzzling - but altogether obvious - evolutions of the game .....

Is 21 the max? Or will Global Age bring with it even more lethargic workers and irrational workplace practices ??!!! Could we see month long upgrades with new fascist nation inclusions like Spain or The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ??

Now you need environmental permits, local council permits. Builders need to contact plumbers, plumbers need to contact electricians, etc....

Well, I'm QUITE glad to see that even you acknowledge how bad the situation is starting to look, Ravenlord...

Not being the biggest Nexon supporter I myself, but an addict to the game yes, I'm already pretty much leaving, my plan could be as you say to max IA, I would have wait another 6 months easily before getting Global, but, what for?

Next age is gonna be Atomic, since we don't live in Atomic age anymore, I imagine there will be next a Modern Age, and finally Space ? (I imagine for all that Elon Musks Space X things lol). Maybe even a Digital Age.

Times are gonna get crazy, out of control.

In my opinion the three issues this game faces is:

1. The economy of the food sucks, make the game so boring to play have one resource dead. Something has to be done, I dismiss on the food for walls argument, but I would love to upgrade and use my farms...
2. Times are getting crazy, but still in line with other games, except for generals. Generals are out of control in upgrading times. In my opinion, that they should upgrade in the castle or separate from the troops in the armory, is a must.
3. Walls price is now stupid, totally stupid. 100% only for cheaters. No legit player can now max walls. 1 million 3 million 4 million 5 million 6 million 7 million 8 million ALL OF GOLD. C'mon. Dumbest prices I have ever seen in a game.

If Nexon shows in future patches any sign they care about any of these, I might consider joining back because I used to enjoy the game, but if not, the game is dying, or at least, not rising to its full potential...
