Night witches - get rid of them - killing the point of trying to upgrade

Night witches, what am I missing.

Seriously I've lost 33k oil in 2 days.

Im getting attacked by 3 night witches continuously.

Since the change of demo's on resource buildings oil is hard to come by and at the rate i play 25k in a day is a good day.
2 days gained = 50k
2 days lost = 33k
2 day profit = 17k

I understand there is a glitch some of our alliance members keep getting 1 night witch returned but 3 at a time continuously really.

Currently my base is offering 3k oil and I know you can get much more than that so why waste 2 night witch on me when you can get more?

Because they keep regenerating. All people are out is the time it takes to attack, close the app and reopen it

The building ones? I don't know. If you're being hit by 3 then that probably means they kept all 3 in inventory due to them being rather lame, if they functioned like they were supposed to anyway. Then the secret got out and it's open season now. From the looks of things BHG, in their infinite wisdom, won't be releasing a hot fix for this issue. So this will be an issue until late-June and the next update most likely.

That's the bit I don't get.
I understand 1 being regenerated but why waste the extra 1's on me.

Because three steal oil much faster than one. If they cost the attacker nothing but 30 seconds of their time to close and reopen the app why wouldn't they use all three?

On my Global account, all 3 from the event are regenerating. On my Enlightenment account, they didn't. Both still have the hanger in the inventory.

It's the old demolition tactic on oil refinery strat on acid. I wish my sams would work on them like they did pre-patch, atleast then I'd be yanking some of these player's Witches out of their stronghold like they're robbing me of my hard earned oil.

JMoney no destroying them doesn't get rid of them. I can't even get rid of them via the minus button, they just return after a restart. It's definitely an odd bug

I can use it, and replace it in my stronghold, and then I get an "Internet connectivity error" and the game crashes out. Upon return, it's back in my stronghold.

Fair is fair if it works for all but this isn't.

I've been sending screenshots of 3 Nightwitch attacks to CS for last 2 weeks, Lost 100k Or More Oil over this period...
just say their working on a fix... Yeah Right, how difficult could it possibly be ???

With this crew? Is that a rhetorical question? All they seem to be good at it is adding new broken stuff. Forget about ever fixing the old things. Even something like chat has been bugged for weeks now.

It's not that it's difficult. BHG has a habit of not rolling out fixes except with their big updates unless the issue is causing a direct hit to cash flow.

Of course this causes problems to linger for long periods.

Nb4powerup I've asked in other threads but no answer. Are people exploiting this bug going to get banned like people who exploited the wall upgrade bug?
