Lost access to my account after cs asked me to unlink it from the Game Center as part of their troubleshooting.

Lost access to my account after cs asked me to unlink it from the Game Center as part of their troubleshooting.
We strongly recommend not trying to play on DomiNations World via mobile browser as it doesn't create the correct play experience.

I would hope you still have an active ticket with the CS Team, and they're likely reaching out to you now to help finish the process and relink your accounts to get you back to playing. There are a few steps they're going to take before closing your ticket, I understand how frustrating/nerve wracking this process might be but you're in good hands. Your account will not be lost.

I lost access to the active ticket once my account was wiped. I don’t know how they will be able to get in touch with me.

Not seeing a reply from the OP, but @Chriswhiteside326 did we get you back into the game? If not, please link your Ticket Number so I can follow up with the team.

@Pleiku Are you unable to access one or more of your accounts? For clarity, none of the accounts are "gone," they've just been unlinked as a result of the new login system that was implemented. The data is absolutely still in our database and our support team is hard at work getting players back into the game, so if you are please link your Support Ticket number here so I can follow up.

I don't have a ticket as I am not able to log on. My group was/is Bourbon Warfare . I recently temporarily relocated to Arizona from Illinois for the Winter. My game ID etc is all in Illinois . I have since started playing under a different email also under the name Pleiku [Redacted email for privacy purposes] But I would really like to retrieve my original info.

@Pleiku You can create a ticket via email: support@bighugegames.com It's best to keep your personal information in a private message for the security of your account, so I recommend you delete your previous comment.

I'm certain we can get you back into the game. When your ticket is created feel free to drop the ticket number here and I can follow along to make sure you're helped in a timely manner.
