Is the player called "Test" a real player?

I'm just a bit curious to know what other players think....There's a player called "Test", ranked 48th. I was just wondering if this is an actual player or just a developers account? Test is dead easy to attack despite his or her high civilization ranking. Either way, it's probably the messiest base I have seen in this game. I have attached a screenshot of their base to show you what I mean...

Yea i have thought the same thing when I saw his base. Must just be a mess around account for the devs

I made an account called test for testing reasons, the picture above isn't mine though.
