Google phone to Apple, how to recover game account?

Hi all,

we we have a member who has lost their old phone (a google phone) and has installed the game on an iPhone, how does he recover his account as he is saying the game is pretty much showing him as starting all over again.

He will need to log onto his game on an android device before he can transfer it to Apple.

You can't start your old profile without linking it before, either cross device or to social medias
