Global Leaderboard

Hi,
Unfortunately it has become a regular occurrence for players to enter the Global Leaderboard with insanely high scores.
I may also notice that some of these players are removed from the leaderboard, making room for likely honest players to collect the prize pool.
However, seeing players with such scores leads us to several questions.
If there is a loophole for players to achieve such scores, nothing prevents others who are also circumventing the system, but with a more thoughtful use, not making absurd scores and going unnoticed by players and also moderators / developers.
I hope that all abusers can be identified, not just those who make extrapheric scores. And that such players are banned from the game permanently, not just from the Global Leaderboard. And more than that, that they manage to close the doors so that other abusers do not cheat.

that is completely nuts. it is quite crazy there seems to be no server side verification on point allocation so i would guess someone is using some sort of memory tampering bug due to lack of server side checks.

The manipulation of leaderboard scoring hasn't gone unnoticed. We're working on finding a solution to remove this from happening in the future. Those found manipulating the leaderboard will be dealt with accordingly just like the previous leaderboard when this occurred.

My complaint is the not so obvious ones that only score 1-2 million (7+ events in a row)

Now that is totally legit….

I did get in trouble on the forums for calling out one player who finished 12 events in a row in the top 5…
