Generals need Perks / Buffs for the Nation they represent

There should be buffs and or perks for using Generals that come from the same Nation you are using or are attacking. Example: Joan of Arc should give a perk to the players using the French, or Those who use Hannibal against the Romans get a perk against the Romans. This would balance out the classic Generals against the newest Generals.

The Idea is simple. Of course there are going to be numerous ways to look at history and the particular General and their overall role or impact for or against the Nation they represent. Keep the focus on being a perk for the Nation they came from and a buff towards defending it. There isn’t going to be a perfect one size fits all. It’s really to bring some semblance of relevance to having these generals as playable units in the game. There is no true distinction between most of the classic ones. This would help to balance their use. Truly, there are just 4 now that once maxed offer any real advantage.
