Why did our alliance get dropped from 7840 glory points to 5500 when the new gauntlet started? I noticed others in the same division still appear to have their previous glory numbers.

Why did our alliance get dropped from 7840 glory points to 5500 when the new gauntlet started? I noticed others in the same division still appear to have their previous glory numbers.

My understanding is that everyone in the division gets reset.
