Update: A more qualified support assistant from Dominations answered me today and promised to look into this matter. Unfortunately, he could not tell me a time frame. Oh, by the way, ironSource has now closed (and deleted) my ticket, and it is not possible for me to contact them again. It seems to me that they want to cover up the fraud. I will keep you in touch with the progress!

I am new to Dominations, but I have already spent a lot of money in the game to boost my progress at the beginning.
About a month ago, I decided to take an offer to get some crowns for free. For the offer, I had to play Final Fantasy XV for a couple of days. This game sucks, so it was not a pleasure to play it. I completed the offer anyway and waited and waited and waited... but to crowns arrived.
For this reason, I decided to contact the customer support of Dominations. They answered really fast, but all they told me was that they were not responsible, and that I would have to contact ironSource personally to ask for the missing crowns - no big deal (I thought). So I contacted ironSource and again, I waited and waited and waited, but I received no response. I contacted the Dominations support a second time, and they told me again that they were not accountable, and that I should just take another offer. In short: They told me to go f**** myself. After that, I wrote to them multiple times, but I received no help at all.
The lesson is clear for me: Do NOT take an offer from them and do NOT expect any support!
It is unbelievable how they treat their paying customers! I like the game, but I am now thinking of quitting, because there are many similar games in the market with a much better support.
