Have an estate sale for $30 instead of the normal $50. I’m assuming I get the estate permanently. Can anyone confirm this?

i think it's very worth it for this price if you are planning to play for one year or more. that's alot of stuff you can get done over a long period.

Confirmed. I currently have 2 estates, 22 citizens.

I saw the offer and figured, 'What the hey? It's a better deal than the first one." Truthfully, I expected to receive a message to the effect of, 'We've detected that you already have an estate, therefore...blah, blah, blah..." To my surprise...and delight, the transaction went through and the Old Man directed my to the Building tab of my Inventory where I found Estate #2, I promptly placed it on the map alongside Estate #1 and there it sits, sans countdown timer, et at.

If 'Double Estates' is, in fact, a bug the publishers are welcome take it from me and refund my payment. In the meantime, I plan to 'make hay while the sun shines'.

Oh, and after the purchase, the offer disappeared. So, only TWO per customer.

are you on android or ios? my estate is on an ios account and the offer shows up. maybe it's only an android bug?

It should be a max of 1 Estate for your base. The team will look into what might have caused the extra buildings.

The sale for the Estate is the same building as before. This building is a permanent structure, granting an additional 3 Citizens to your budding empire!
