The new leaderboard update has introduced a mandatory tutorial which completely locks players out of accessing any other parts of the game, until completed. However, I've seen lots of accounts (myself included) of the last step in this tutorial causing an instant game crashing bug, and no apparent way to get around it. Since you can't press any buttons until the tutorial is over you can't even send a ticket to CS, or retrieve any account details to transfer saved data to a new device.
After restarting, uninstalling and trying to idle out the game, nothing so far has worked.
I'm posting this here in the hopes someone can see this and maybe do something, as myself and I imagine many other players have been completely locked out of the game for over 30 hours now, and of course all my 17 day upgrades are starting to finish one by one.
P.S. before someone suggests writing an out of game CS ticket, already tried that but they require account ID which means accessing setting (which we can't do due to formentioned tutorial lockout).
