Drone Age is almost here!

Greetings Leaders,
We’re here with a quick update to let you know that the release of Drone Age is almost here! The release date for Drone Age is something we see asked a lot, and we’re excited to announce that it is on the way and expected to arrive in DomiNations early this Summer. While we do not have a hard release date just yet, we can confirm that we are working towards release in Late June/July. Keep in mind that we’re still in development, and there is always the chance that the dates may shift, but we will keep you updated if anything changes.

In addition to that, we can also confirm that the required level to advance into the Drone Age will be Level 333. We’ll have more information to share soon about what you can expect to see in the Drone Age as we get closer to release!

 

I'm glad, sincerely, you guys decided NOT to go with the usual 40 level difference gap between top Ages. Good job. I'm 329 btw.

Acho interessante sempre manter as diferenças de era, principalmente muito visível, uma vez que essa diferença faz com que jogadores aplicados necessitem pensar mais nas estratégias de defesa e ataque, e dá um moral maior aos que jogam há muito tempo. Em minha singela opinião deveria ser nível 350 ou 360.

 

I'm so glad you went lower than expected with the xp requirement! I'm really glad that those who are advocating for higher xp requirements don't work for bhg. There is no such thing as too many players at the top age!!! Fyi, only about 4% of active players are info age to begin with. If anything, greatly reduce times and costs to everything digital age and lower. Real players want more people to join them at the higher ages.

 

Sinceramente já visitei e participei de algumas alianças em que a prerrogativa é avançar só depois de estar tudo full, portanto o jogo deve sempre valorizar quem está há mais tempo jogando, e quem entende a regra do jogo, haja vista que temos o museu e agora o conselho para reduzir as diferenças de eras. pois não basta estar apenas em uma era avançada mas também ter experiência no jogo.

 

em síntese a nova era traz um novo legado de possibilidades em que a diferença de xp não vai roubar o objetivo, fora que temos que lembrar que cada era traz também novos problemas no jogo. Porém respeito sua opinião, pois já pensei assim.

¡Estamos aquí con una actualización rápida para informarle que el lanzamiento de Drone Age casi está aquí! La fecha de lanzamiento de Drone Age es algo que nos preguntan mucho, y nos complace anunciar que está en camino y se espera que llegue a DomiNations a principios de este verano. Si bien aún no tenemos una fecha de lanzamiento fija, podemos confirmar que estamos trabajando para el lanzamiento a finales de junio/julio. Tenga en cuenta que todavía estamos en desarrollo y siempre existe la posibilidad de que las fechas cambien, pero lo mantendremos informado si algo cambia.

Además de eso, también podemos confirmar que el nivel requerido para avanzar a Drone Age será el Nivel 333 . ¡Pronto tendremos más información para compartir sobre lo que puede esperar ver en Drone Age a medida que nos acerquemos al lanzamiento!

It’s great to see a clear indication as to when Drone Age will land. I’m hoping for lots of brand new kit and additional levels to the Museum, Library and so on. Maybe things will be added incrementally, but a full list of what’s likely to come would be great.

But for me, the biggest question I have is Drone Age the final Age, or will there be more? Having played and enjoyed the game pretty much from Day 1 I’d love to see a lot more levels

I still have a long way to go at gunpowder. Who knows what new ages will arise before I even get to that point.

I believe they've mentioned, vaguely, that this game will be somewhat "futuristic" eventually.... You know, Space wars, maybe colonisation of Mars etc.

It would be fun to be able to start up colonies on the moon/mars. We'd be able to build another base and send resources back and forth. Maybe there's a mars only type of resource that can supercharge weapons or defenses back on earth.

 

I cant wait to see that age..i hope theres so many stuff added on that age ...

 

BHG really needs to cut the amount of time needed to bump up in the earlier ages, otherwise the only people who’ll still be playing are those who started 6 - 7 years ago, or have unlimited $$$$, or who cheat. As it is, at a CW level, it takes two weeks on average to upgrade buildings, I would imagine it must take close to a month to do the same at the highest levels. Wars will also be affected, the pool continues to shrink since the developers can’t seem to fix the mismatches. End result is revenues will drop off as fewer players will feel it’s worth spending money on.

I completely agree.

I understand that a large part of the business model is making people impatient, thus more likely to buy their way through these wait times, but it's a bit one-sided. I can see leaving the current times, as annoying as that would be, but doing something that would let the players that want to put in the work to accelerate their build/research times.

There's rarely any speedups more than an hour, and a single one at that, in the free event pass track. The ones offered for watching videos to help generate ad revenue are a little lacking, but adequate enough. However, that speedup chest over at Marco's is just a straight up insult.

I get that it's only 50 rubies, but the odds on it are absolute junk and the speedup themselves quickly lose usability past Industrial Age.

Heck, a fine solution would be the ability to trade a million food/gold for 5 minutes of speedups. It's a decent amount of resources for a small amount of time that would require some dedication to make use of, but it could be done. A good raider could pull a 1-3 ratio for their time to speedups, in addition to generating some more action on the seasonal leaderboard. And more importantly, it keeps the more players online and playing. Less people stopping in for 5 minutes a day, or skipping whole weeks because they know they don't have anything to do in that time.

This would also give the British Nation a boost. The Greek times should really be increased past Industrial.
