DomiNations stuck on first loading screen!

Hi, I'm writing a help request as I am unable to play dominations and have been unable to play for many weeks, I have never tried this game but would like to play but can't as I am stuck on the loading screen. Basically, once I have downloaded the game from the App Store and start it I get a pop up saying I have a connection error and to try again, so I do and then I am stuck at the loading screen with the bar about 25% and it will not move, this can't possibly be caused by my internet connection as I have a good connection and every other game works, I am also using an iPad 4th gen. Feel free to have a look at the screenshots. Any help would be grateful, thanks.

Hello Same problem Moderator, the support page is empty, when I click on your link, I see a page where I select the game Dominations, then I see a page with header and footer but no content..... :-( I can t launch game so no ingame support....

I am not a hacker or a cheater ! Amazing ! I HAVE BEEN HACKED VILLAGE SWAPPED AND NOW I AM BLOCKED ! What is this way of treating your customers ! I have paid 10€ How can I open a ticket ! You should at least send an email with explanations ! Where is the customer support ! Your game seems great but you won't go far if you treat your customers like this !

So in game support sent me back a copy/paste generic answer in regards to ensuring a strong internet connection when playing. This is not the issue, its either the app or the server - all other applications work fine. And in my case, only when not on a wifi connection. I replied in game, but will probably get ignored again (2nd attempt) - but not my last.

For those of you that didn't click on DomiNations on the other link - here's the direct link: https://nexonm.com/dominations-support/ Issues mentioned here are not seen by the CS department. They are working on issues as fast as they can, but if they don't have a ticket, they don't know about it :(


I can access that click - both its just an FAQ... an FAQ that doesn't recognize the problems were having. Am I missing something, or how do create a ticket using that link?
In game support is ignoring me after they sent some generic BS message about ensuring a strong connection. I'd rather Nexonm ensured a strong Customer Service and programming team - since my connection is not the issue.

Gabriel - we wont see any compensation - you'll need to go through Google or Apple for refund if you've paid for something you can't use.

They support team just reply email, they now fixing this issue. hope they release fix on next version soon. For now they suggest we do is:
- Delete game completely include catch/data from your device
- Free 500mb stogare space on your device
- reinstall
- connect game thought reliable wifi connection
I flow this instruction but not help anything.
My suggest solution is create new and play again lol :( . I know it's bad way but it work for me because i'm newbie :)

Glad to hear this! Been happening for a couple months now to some of us - I'm gonna wait it out before i start new though. I'll try the re-install method again when i'm on wifi tonight to see if it works - but i doubt it will for me either.

Celebrate the small victories. I tried to log in, said the usual retry button right away, hit hat.. then the game loaded up!!! Collected coins, food, hunted, etc.. went to attack, then immediately got the network connection error again, retry button to the non-loading splash screen.

Closed the app, tried again, connection error again. First time it's let me play without a wifi connection in about 2 months though! No idea why it would let me in once, and then be broken again.. but I broke my treaty trying to attack, so I'm sure i've been looted already now. Got excited for a minute at least lol

Back at work, and still can't connect..... Stong LTE (3G) connection as usual here - but "Network Connection Error" - Unable to connect with the server. Check your internet connection and try again. (Try again twice, then a domiNations splash screen that does nothing.)

Will send screenshots and message to in game support again when I get to a wifi connection later this evening. I'm sure they'll just send em the same generic response as last time. Not giving up!

Please use the web portal to contact Customer Service. Provide as much information as you can - village name, age, etc and they can look up your account.
