Connection error when starting a new task

French. Drone age. I get a connection error whenever I try a start a new task with my citizens. Whether I try and start a new construction, a new university research, or even hunting animals, digging gold or harvesting food, I always get the connection error message, have to restart the game and see that the new task hasn’t started. Basically, I’m stuck and can’t do anything. iOS on 2 different iPads, still the same. Anyone else? Help me pls, it is unplayable this way! Thanks
