We wanted to give an update on the current issue impacting certain iOS users’ Game Center accounts. We have narrowed down the problem and have a hotfix on the way that we’re looking to release as soon as possible.

Rest assured that your accounts are not missing and have not experienced any data loss. We will update this thread when the hotfix rolls out live. We’ll detail next steps if necessary, but we’re expecting that the fix should return access as soon as it’s available.

So are we all going to be compensated for the problems and the recent event outcome changed. My clan lost by 300 points and the two biggest contributers could not access their accounts.

I am having same problem on Android, after update game just closes on its own, tired deleting cookies, reinstall the game, tried different wifi and data, tried different phone and nothing, same issue.

installed the update and laid down an instant retrain blessing 1h. Gone to battle, deployed gens and air troops and game crashed. Lost all troops used and gens for 24 h....

Can we get our leaderboard awards, speefups and awards from the event we couldn’t claim? I have people in my alliance who paid for the event and got very little in return
