Crowns disappearing

I'm just curious to see how long this bug will take to get fixed. It seems really weird that devs made the mistake and then can't find a solution fast. It's been days.

Will that get too long until it's fixed? We maybe wait like 1 month? 1 year? 3 years?

This is the first time I saw a game crash its currency system without a fix in 3 days.
Why VIP retrain cost crowns??? You mean VIP players are idiots?
Why every release brings in new bugs and old bugs never get fixed?
Is bug-free something too hard to be required?

It seems like that their development team is one guy only lol. A serious company or game wouldn't go through all these and have so much delay. They could just roll back the update and everything would be fine again. So many days and seems like we vip players are abandoned.

Still haven't had my crowns refunded - what happened to the patch they were going to roll out to fix this?
