Crashing Game - lose all troops?

Pretty frustrating when you're kicking butt but then the game crashes and you lose all your troops and don't get the win? At least reset it back to what it was before the battle in case of a crash or allow it to play out server side. Preferably the former as I'd prefer to be in control rather than a computer. Thanks for your speedy effort to fix this issue

The random crashes of this game and mind me saying that it crashes ALOT Even in beta and now that it has been released is very frustrating! "Using Sony Xperia Z"

I'm not spending another cent to play until this issue is fixed. Just because the game if classified as a free purchase, let's cut the crap and be honest. To play you have to pay, but customers deserve a working product free of deficiencies or problems. As someone who's played plenty of these iOS games over the past 5 years, I'm getting fed up with these basic issues that in the PC world, developers fix these issues within hours. Unfortunately there are dumb ppl who will continue to pay for a defunct product, but I'm not gonna sit back and say nothing nor continue to pay money on a regular basis for product that continues to fail. So no, we won't just suck it up.

Hey ShadyLion - you know that it might be more hardware related. I used to have a Sony Xperia Z myself, but I ended up swapping with my daughter. I got her el-cheap-o Huawei G610+, ($160 AUD compared to the Sony which I got for $400) The Huawei is free from crashing, it has crappy graphics, but always runs, and barely evey bugs out (except when they do an update to the server which is sort of natural)

I have stopped paying till I see reall action on cheating thou, but this action is equally as valid. I just wait now on rebuilds.

Have spent a significant amount on this game but am almost at the point of leaving the game. I have an Iphone which never disconnects from other games but it disconnects at least a dozen times a day from DomiNations. I keep losing all of my troops and then have to wait for them to retrain over and over and over. This is not good enough. What is worse is that nobody from the app team is responding to this thread.

Ty andy but the fact here is that The DomiNations Team is really slow on fixing bugs! And by really i mean REALLLLY ! Good idea ruined by a weak team! Im just waiting for Rival Kingdoms to release!

I like this game, but beginning to grow tired with all the crashes. Starting from 2 days ago, it started to crash every 2-3 minutes, making impossible to attack someone.

I play on an ipad with updated iOS. Have played many other freemium games for 1 year, no crashing.
Yesterday, while attacking a simple iron-age base, when I got to about 75% destruction, game crashed as if I had quit.
Luckily when I relaunched, I saw that I got the win and all my troops returned safely.

But random crashing is unacceptable.

Please fix random crashes. I have a newer iPad and it continues to randomly crash. not a hardware problem. Please stabilize game experience by fixing obvious bugs and crashes before releasing new levels or features. holding back on paying anymore until fixed.

of course you are right. I tried to tell Nexon what I suspected the issue might me. With the really high spec phones/screens it renders in really high resolution, and I think the game can't really handle the processing required on those high-res situations. So that's where I'd be looking first if I was them.

My G610+ is on a considerably lower resolution, (but similar processor) and I think the lower amount of processing means the phone isn't under as much load of processing.

Final draw, I'm sick and tired of wasting my time with no response... crashed 4 times in a row after new troops purchased each time along with max blessings and tactics. Not blowing cash for something that doesn't work. Time for a refund due to faulty product.

I've lost thousands of units, resources and time because of this crash issue. Luckily I haven't payed for anything yet. I wouldn't unless this game becomes comfortably playable. Instead of changing some numbers to "balance" gameplay, they should fix the core problems of this game on the next update. The update which noone knows when it will come...

Hi! I'm also getting tired of the crashes on my iPad mini. I became very fond of this game the first few days I played it, but some bugs, specially the random crashes, are ruining my experience with it.

Hope they can fix it soon.

Ipad 2 here. I crash ALLLL the effing time. The game is unplayable. Losing so much time, crowns and troops for nothing. record so far is 7 consecutive raids 7 consecutive crashes. all within the first 30sec - 1min of battle. Attack doesn't get registered in attack log, i dont get the resources i was looking for, lose all troops and gotta wait for training again or waste crowns.
Its just impossible to keep playing this without going insane
