Checkout the Stage Two Design Spotlight for more info on these changes from the devs. The values for all levels of each troop/building/etc. have been provided for context, even if some of them didn’t change.
Demolition damage is getting increased to make it feel more useful (especially in the later Ages) while Decoys duration and hitpoints are decreasing to bring their power level more in line with other single space tactics like First Aid, Barrage, etc. All single space tactic training costs are decreasing by about 50% to make them cheaper compared to their two space counterparts.
