Best way to reduce miss-matching in World War.

The reason why miss-matching occurs is because there are few guilds participating in World War.
In particular, guilds that play 30v take too long to match and often meet the same guild.

My idea is that all guilds match at the same time.
It starts at the same time and ends at the same time.
And introduce a tournament league, like the Champions League in Europe.

If you play world war for a certain period of time and make about 64 teams into tournaments by seeding based on scores, you will be able to enjoy the game in a fun way.Miss-matching makes the game boring for both strong and weak guild.

Mismatches continue to be a problem and are discouraging many in my alliance. People are talking about quitting the game entirely. Our current war is a prime example. It is 15 vs 15 (small because many have stopped doing wars). Glory points are listed at +201 and -219 so, at face value, it should be an even matchup. We have 8 auto age, 6 drone, and 1 digital. Levels range from 330 to 479 and average 398. Our opponents have 14 auto and 1 industrial age. Levels range from 163 to 487 and average 450. Take out the industrial age base (level 163) and the remaining 14 range from level 443 to 487, with an average of 471. Can someone please tell me in what world this is an “even” matchup as glory points would suggest?

The sad part is this is typical of 3 out of 4 matchups. In other words, only 1 in 4 world wars is something close to a balanced matchup.
