Banned after using all my speed ups saved up from years

I have 4 bases. Been playing since game started.
Spent well over $15000 (yes I know it's crazy). Anyhow after years of saving all my speedups for the right artifect for my offensive account. It finally came in the British cattle. So I used all my speed ups. And I was in the top 20.

Now I'm gone from there. And that base is banned. It angers me and it's frustrating.

@Harlems36ha please get my base back. And I need my position in the challenge back!!!!! I used around a 1000 days of speedups.

And my main base is major.

I must reiterate that I did not install or utilize any exploits. That is the first and most critical point. Even assuming the claim about the frozen resources is accurate (which I firmly deny), my speedups—over 1,000 days' worth, purchased with real money—were legitimate. I used these speedups to compete in good faith and secure the British Cattle artifact. Despite this, my account was banned, my position in the challenge was removed,

The alleged issue with resource freezing has nothing to do with the speedups I purchased and used. At the very least, I should either receive my speedups back or have my position in the challenge reinstated. The connection between these issues is unjustifiable.

This is what they answered me. The same generic reply everyone here has gotten. It's simple I spent real money on the speed ups. If I don't get either my money or the speed ups I will file a law suite. Will make it class action. I'm sure will find many players to be in.

Since Harlem calls himself ‘Community Manager’, you should be able to expect an answer here. Even if he just writes his standard phrase about not commenting in public and that you should keep talking to support. Community management is more than just deleting spam and posting every third Twitter message in the forum.

On the other hand, you can be glad that your other accounts have not also been temporarily banned. Both ‘aekt’ and ‘You Will Lose’ have similarly high XP increases. But mostly shifted by days, so it's even likely that you focused on a different account each day.

You're right, that's crazy. Maybe you should also consider involving Google, Apple, PayPal or whoever processed your payment.

I used mostly apple to buy. But lately used the new online marketplace. In dominations world.

Aekt I used my speed ups earlier for the arm or helgo don't remember which one.

I probably spent more like 20k. Anyhow every speedup was legit 1000% and I used like a 1000 days worth for qazwsxedc to get the british cattle. Now I have neither.

I'm positive that I will either get my money or the speed ups, because in the USA where I live there is such a thing as lawsuits.

If I spent on this game be sure I will spend much more in getting them sued. And getting them to pay the expenses well it's thier choice

This response wasn't generic, the representative explained that your account was banned not due to the amount of SpeedUps you used but because your account was flagged for using a known resource exploit. The exploit in question allows players to freeze resources, something that we don't tolerate, and as such your account has been temporarily banned.

Our VIP representative should be reaching out to you with more information on the ticket you submitted to CS.

As I’ve previously stated, I have spent over $20,000 on this game since I started playing. Is this how you treat a loyal and significant supporter of your platform? Your decision undermines the trust of dedicated players who have invested not only financially but also years of effort into the game.

Furthermore, the response I received from Customer Support only stated that the matter was being "worked on." There was no further clarification or resolution offered. I request a more concrete and timely response to this issue.

To be clear, this is not a threat but a matter of principle. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution—either the reinstatement of my speedups or my rightful position in the challenge—it will leave me no choice but to pursue legal action to recover what I have lost.

I trust you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly with a fair resolution.
