Cheating alliance and response from CS...

Initial message to CS regarding our current WW:

hi all, my name is odysseas and i am in charge of WW for alliance Hellas Empire. Yesterday, we got matched against a russian alliance. we find them to be a dodgy alliance. We have seen strange things:
1. many bases have the exact same layout. the EXACT. this is not possible. we always put our touch on bases we copy...
2. many have already white walls which is a bit much regarding their level.
3. attacks made by the first 3-5 people, have the same army composition, same tactics, same wonders, same way of attacking. with no difference...very odd...like it is one person behind all
4. their stronghold is full of elephant archers. this by itself is a give away that they ssomehow must cheat.
5. their army size seems higher than usual. too many cannons and more powerful than usual.
6. the time it took them to demolish each base is crazy. almost all attacks took less than 1:40. this has never happened before no matter how strong the enemy was.

please, make a full inquiry to the russian alliance and if it proves that they employed a hack or something, please compensate our alliance and roll back their bases back to iron age. that kind of players kill the healthy player base of your game.

Because I know that they wont be able to find them easily due to their name having russian charaters, i install russian language and search for them. I record all important information and give it to them to make things easier:

I found the alliance only when I searched for them using russian characters. You can use this: CEKTOP ΓA3A it must be a new alliance with only 19 members, the leader has ever donated 850 troops but they have 21000+ glory points. how is that even possible? they surely used cheats. You banned them and they recreated the alliance with a new name.

However, we cannot investigate this properly especially the violations regarding the reported player's Bases if you do not provide us with screenshots. We would like you to try going to your app settings and change the permission to allow DomiNations to access your gallery. This should solve your issue with the "permission problem" while trying to attach screenshots.

So I try to upload screenshots but I can't because a permission problem exists with dominations not having access to my photos. No big deal.I will fix it! Alas, no such permission exists. I explain to them my issue and I get no response.
So I decided to post everything here. Screens, conversations etc and hope for the best!

I don’t understand how it is impossible for them to have the same bases and same troop layouts. From your points I don’t see how this makes them cheaters. Also how does having EAs in their strongholds make them cheaters? They could just have money to spend. I’ve seen lots of bases at that level that have white walls. Honestly I really don’t see how any of your “evidence” shows they are cheaters. Maybe it is just one person or maybe they are just really good.

That is almost certainly a cheater already dealt with. Probably perma banned, and left with most buildings upgrading to be an easy 5* for anyone who wants it.

Your evidence doesn't clearly point to cheating. It is possible, but nothing you have mentioned can't be explained fairly easily.

Many players have full yellow walls before hitting level 200. Just a question of grinding out the resources. And a good choice, because it doesn't move your war weight, while making the base a bit slower to kill.

Copying a good base exactly is pretty common - find something that works, and use it multiple times. Nothing fishy there. Those layouts are very close but not identical. That is an extremely common war base design, with many minor variations. The intentional outer corner openings and inner side openings act to funnel your troops so they can't go straight to the center, and to force them across traps.

Having nearly identical attack styles could be a sign of one player with multiple alts. Or just a disciplined group with a common approach to attacking. We have several people with multiple accounts, but even across players many of the attack styles are quite similar.

As far as the perks and glory - I would assume this is a split off group from another alliance, who took over an alliance that already had perks but their players were quitting / merged with another alliance. Some groups seem to be constantly shuffling and rearranging. No one wants to start over from perk 1 if they can help it though, so having all new players in an older alliance isn't that uncommon.

If we are in a competitive, full troop card war, taking out a 200 range atomic in 1:40 is fairly straight forward for a full atomic offense. Anything over 2:00 would have to be rehit to reduce time. From your screenshots, this looks like a bunch of rushed atomic bases with maxed offenses - I see APC Mk2s and maxed strike fighters in several of the screenshots. None have super tough defenses.

The elephants could be spending, or could be a cheat. No way to tell from the other side.

They could have extra troops from the alliance gate. Longstanding glitch, and not uncommon at all. If you want to call it a cheat, it is one Nexon has known about and failed to fix for a LOONG time now. It may actually have been fixed in the latest update.

Having howitzers shoot a little faster than usual is a normal feature of the mongols coalition (up to 50% faster). If they are firing 5x faster or more, that may be a coalition cheat where the effects are much greater than normal.

Everything you complain about is perfectly normal, except maybe the elephants in every stronghold. Empty reports like this one keep Cs busy, preventing them to deal with real cheaters.
1. Why is it impossible to use the same layout?
2. There have been so many wall discounts, who doesn't have white walls?
3. It is not unusual for 1 player to have more than one account, so it could be the same person, that doesn't mean it's cheating.
4. Those elephants are a question sign.
5. Exactly how many cannons? I, for example use 9 cannons in my attacks, plus 3 donated, that makes 12. Is it too much?
6. A good attack shouldn't take longer than 1.20 mins, so your opponents are really slow.

The CS did their investigation and obviously found concrete evidence of cheating. A few of the above players were returned back to iron age.

Mcnasty + Imaera + yemen : I know guys that some points by their own are not valid to accuse them of cheating but we have played a great number of wars and faced every possible kind of players and alliances. This is the first time we saw so many dodgy things all in one alliance, that is why I opened a ticket at CS. Each point by its own is not cheating but all together could be. You get what I mean? And it proves we were right since they had their bases rolled back.

I have also issues with uploading screenshots on Android through the Dominations app, when opening a support ticket. It's simply not possible to set permissions for the app to read gallery or better, it's not available in app settings. Odd...
