Earlier this morning, the citizens of my nation completed its advancement into the Classical Age. I clicked on my Town Center which made this official with a dialog box, fanfare and more items for construction in the Store. After collecting gold from my caravans and road network, food from my farms and dispatching several of my citizens to hunt some animals I decided to click on my Town Center again to jog my memory of how much gold would be needed to advance to the next Age. Rather than being told this, I advanced to the next age... again with a dialog box, fanfare and even more items for construction in the Store.
As surprised as I was intrigued, I clicked on the Town Center again. I advanced again. Another click on the Town Center, and another advancement: now into Gunpowder. Clicking on the Town Center again yielded an on-screen dialog box that I had "reached the Unknown" (Space Age perhaps? ). This time, however, clicking on the "Ok" button on the dialog box did not remove it. I forced the game closed and restarted it. Upon doing so, I had 'reverted' to the Enlightenment Age. Nonetheless, I was able to auto-age advance.
in one respect, but of course, but too.
I'm on Build 1.1.36.1.141211.cab3bao for Android.
