Apc spawned troop stats

I just noticed it today. Does the APC heavy infantry have less damage than the Normally trained heavy infantry? I saw that my normal heavy infantry which is 1 level less than the APC spawned heavy infantry has 615 base damage and my APC spawned heavy infantry has 570 base damage. Is this normal? Do they have nerfed damage?

They didn't nerf the APC but buffed the normal infantry in one of those barrack troop updates. @Harlems369th can you forward this to the team. APC infantry needs a buff, to be back in line with the normal infantry.
