Alliances wrongly moved down one division

Several alliances where moved down one division. Cannot find any info regarding that there should be a margin of being in the higher division at the end of a gountlet. A bug, or a secret, non communicated margin that the alliances had to be in the higher division???
Move those alliances to the correct division!

I did. But only got the confusing answer ”Rest assured that there no discrepancies in your Alliance's Glory.”
No explanation of uncommunicated rules or that it should be a bug.

Some Alliances had an active war when the Glory Decay occurred. Those Alliances that lost their war were dropped down a division.

@Harlems369th : This is not the case. This is happening to other alliances also. We reached prestigious level before the gauntlet ended. There are screen shots showing that we were in prestigious level. But we are now lowered to honorable. Why is this happening?? There was no active war when the gauntlet ended. In fact summary page showed that we were in prestigious.

Samme for us. Degraded one division without having any war active. Several screenshot as prove of that.

My guess would be that instead of doing as communicated to ”lower all Alliances’ Glory to the bottom of the current Division they’re in.”, all alliance glories has been lowered to the the closest lower division floor+160. Which means that you would need an uncommunicated margin of 160 glory above the floor of the division to stay in that division.

If that is the case, it is obviously not as communicated and the alliances has to get their correct glory back!

Any time plan for when to restore the huge amount of glory that have been wrongly removed from several alliances?
