Account Banned - Crown Exploitation

Hi, I'm new on this forum and hoping to get some help. I contacted support for obvious reasons and got this response:

Greetings Leader,

After looking into your account, we have verified that you were engaged in Crown Exploitation which resulted in this sanction.

A thorough investigation was performed, and we stand by our decision. Further inquiries about this matter will no longer be discussed.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

WTF IS THIS. It appears that I am permanently banned. I've never received a ban of any kind. Anyway, I don't cheat on this game, I don't even know how to steal / glitch crowns and I've never heard of this BS. I have won some crowns recently in the following ways:

• A few hundred for joining first alliance (I guess). Don't remember exact amount. This was a one off btw.
• 25-35 crowns for beating those intro battles against Egypt etc
• By clicking the + Crown button at the top of the screen, linking a random mobile game, getting to level x and getting the crown reward. Have been awarded this once or twice max.

I was playing this on Nox. Don't know if that affects anything.

Anyway apologies for rant I'm just looking for suggestions for how to get my game back. They are not responding to me now, as per their response I guess.
