As stated in the title, the RPG does less damage to the manufacturing building compared to other buildings. And there is no warning that this is normal or desired.

Please forward this message to the appropriate department or just ignore this information.

I also took a look @Rafar! Not sure when the fix will get implemented, but it will be needed to correct the damage for RPGs to Manufactory, Stronghold, and even Parliament. You can bring attention to it by submitting a ticket to the CS Team, it helps to drive up the urgency of a fix by doing so. The more tickets, the more urgent it becomes.

Now you're getting it!

As I've said before, it's annoying to reach out over and over again, but if you don't report it, it doesn't get the attention you might want.
Silly me for thinking things should be fixed because they're broken.
Besides, what the point of bringing things to the Devs attention if the thread gets locked or deleted or ignored because you guys decide you've had enough? I report regularly to CS but the forum is the place to alert other players.

That's a different topic entirely.

If you would like something broken fixed, please submit a ticket to the CS Team. When tickets for the same issue are sent at a high volume, it sends an alert that there is a problem.

Bump posting and spamming multiple threads with an issue is against our forum rules.

I'm reporting regularly to CS but when they tell me 'we're working on it' or 'we've forwarded your comments to the team for action' and then you come on here telling us nothing is going to happen, it makes it hard to believe anything - but given the history I'm inclined to believe the negative.

Well this seems to be false. If your a squeaky wheel reporting countless times and then take to forums as been stated before to bring the issues here ,with something like a report of everything that hits our war base that is accurate, than you get your thread locked and other post deleted.

@Harlems369th you work for the company so YOU can also log a ticket for this problem on our behalf. It will have priority if it is logged by employees, isn’t it? Can you do that for us, please?
That isn't necessarily the case. If I report an issue that only a few discuss on the forum, it doesn't get priority over an issue that I report backed by many CS Tickets.
