When will the university be repaired?

This is an unimaginable mockery of the players!

The University research acceleration bug has been persisting for over a year now, and you haven't put in even a fraction of the effort to fix it.

You've had plenty of feedback about the bug, although you don't even need it, because you keep logs and know with what update this chaos was introduced into the game. Compared to this, the twelve-hour inaccessibility of the game due to the update of the Tournament of Glory is a slight misunderstanding.

In my opinion, if and when you fix this, you will owe the players as an apology for the speedups for at least the entire time since the bug was discovered.

Welcome to the new world where bugs have overrun the populace and the mods turn a blind ear. 🙉
Bugs such as, amongst others, a heli with range 6 shooting at range 3 ....

This error has existed not for a year, but since the very moment the parliament appeared - since 2020.

This topic is constantly raised and ultimately comes down to the fact that the developers do not understand the cause of the bug, as a result of which they cannot fix it.
Although I personally have sent the exact sequence of actions to reproduce the bug to support several times, in detail, step by step.

It seems to me that they will fix the bug when all players have fully studied all the research at the university :)

Even with re-produceable steps, a bug may still not be fixable. If it's been a known issue for a few years it means they do not have a fix or the fix will take too much work and is not a priority in their backlog of issues.

So making excuses for them really sounds about on par for a staff account if you are lol

Tired of excuses and would like to see accountability and transparency. No need for fake accounts or threats or bans or lies. Just simple be truthful and if ya can’t fix core bugs hire folks that can.

Should not take 10 years to fix or hire a programmer that can fix core bugs.

It can't be that difficult here. The requests for buildings and libraries remain in the chat. Only the university is affected by the bug. A simple comparison of the codes for the corresponding sections should be able to identify and fix the bug.

Do you just claim every user who has played the game since it came out is a staff account? I've just been around long enough to know how minute your complaints are compared to the issues of the past. Sure they still need to be addressed, but it won't bother me one way or the other.

I am a leading developer of banking software and I know what I am talking about. Any error in the application is a sign of disrespect for its users and a confirmation of the weak competence of the developers who wrote bad code, as well as the testers who did not find the error and allowed it to appear in the public working version of the application. An unfixed problem that is highlighted by users for years is the apogee of laziness and indifference to your business, to people and to yourself.
Imagine that your banking application has an error that leads to the fact that once a week money is written off from the account somewhere, just like that, for four years. Is it really impossible to make a correction in 4 years? In this time, you can write several similar applications from scratch! As for priorities - why hasn't the task of fixing the bug been added to the backlog for 4 years, and if it has been added, why does it have such a low priority that it hasn't been addressed for years?

Yeah I agree to the process in theory. But dev and testing teams at banking companies are far bigger and better equipped/financed then gaming companies or smaller companies in general. Smaller dev teams have to prioritize other things a lot more than big dev teams that just tackle everything that is wrong. But I do not know if that's actually the case, I'm just playing devils advocate here, for all I know they might just hate their user base.

Fine. Then let's wait another 4 years in the hope that they will be able to fix the bug
