What is the most Citizens you can have if you purchased estate building?

As said in the title. I am looking for the max number of citizens you can have cuz I am drone age and others are global or atomic age and they have more citizens than me.
I know Chinese adds +1 and opera house wonder adds +1.
My friend who plays the Romans at Atomic Age went up from 18 to 21 this week adding the estate building.
My Drone age account has estate building and was at 19 until i changed pentagon to opera house this week and now at 20 but I should be at 23. I am playing Romans which is same as my friend. In fact since I have opera house, I should be at least +1 over my atomic age friend since he does not have opera house.

Why do the newer players get credit for the estate building and myself and others did not when we bought it years ago?
Any help? much appreciated

Have you gotten all the houses? Fyi, I'm drone age, have the estate and Sydney opera house. I have 22 workers. My nation is Germany. 26 is the max if you use the villa. 23 is the max with estate.

My understanding is you can have more than one Estate...

That is incorrect. If you are found to have more than 1 estate and anyone reports it, bhg will remove the extra estate.

I did not know 26 was the max.
I do not have a villa or Chinese atm. stuck at 20 citizens and should be 23 since Iam above digital age (drone age) per what you said above.

I was 19 and would use villa to goto 22 at times. My friend said big deal as he was at 21 without villa. The Atomic Age now, was global a few weeks ago. 9 houses, new estate, no Chinese, no opera house, no villa. So it sounds like his is correct and mine is bugged based on what you pointed out and what he was showing me.

Dracula3811, are you saying that everyone digital age or above gets 18 or that's the max if you have 9 houses? The building tab shows I have 9/9 houses, so I assume I have 9 houses. I know in the past that I bought extra houses thinking I would add another then it did not show up and support did nothing to fix it. I should be at 22 since no Chinese and no villa, correct?? Above I said I should be 23 because 20 (what I currently have) plus estate should make me 23 assuming it's just the estate (+3) but then the math does not work because no villa and no Chinese 26-4=22 so something is really messed up.

btw anybody reading this, your estate is not found in the BUILD tab under Economy buildings. It's under the mail tab on left side under Inventory then go to Buildings.

btw anybody reading this, your estate is not found in the building tab under economy buildings. It's under the mail tab on left side under inventory then goto buildings.

I do not know if support was working on this at same time as me posting above just minutes ago but it looks like its fixed now. I went to mail to check for that missing house and added it to the map. My citizen count jumped up from 20 to 22 when I added that house. This is where I should be since no Chinese and no villa.
