Videos are bugged today. Not showing, just a black screen

Marco Polo videos are just showing a black screen, daily video for rewards do the same, and I see in another post the retrain video is the same.

Yeah, same problem for me. When I try restarting the game, sometimes the first video I watch will work, sometimes not. After the first one, never works.

same for me since Thursday… by now I could not find any reason for it, my sun has the same problem. Different devices as well as different networks (WLAN, LTE,....)

Scratch that, I just logged in and today they seem to work fine. Not sure if it is overall fixed, but for the moment fixed at me.

Same here. No matter what I do they will not play. Can’ Auto retrain troop, can collect rewards, can’ Get free stuff from Marco Polo.

Same here. If I retry a bunch of times I might get one to work

I have similar issues, logged out and in again, it allowed me 2-3 more videos, then again black screen. Again out and in, and was finally able to take advantage of all available videos. Try this out, it might be tiring but could ensure that you can view the videos before they expire
