Ha! I once got a scripted response from support referring to me as a 'he' when I had messaged them with my real name, which is clearly female.

In your example, I'm pretty sure they are just encouraging men to share troops. Woman already understand the concept. ;p

Now that I thought back on this after some months. Do you think we should have more female troops in the army (in general like barracks) in later ages? I only see men in barracks and mercenary camps.

Many nations in the world forbid women from frontline action, but if you want to join up, go right ahead.

Especially for the historic time periods of the game at the moment, woman wouldn't be allowed to enlist in almost ANY of the nations available. Not to say that in later ages they can't make an appearance, but as of right now it may not be diverse, but it is accurate.
