University research bug

University research speed ups are not working properly. When anybody posts university research speed up request and goes offline, anybody who contributes to that speed up Makes the whole unfulfilled request disappear from the chat. After this there is usually one contributor to the speed up and final result is just 30min instead of 2,5hours. After upgrading that branch in parliament for such a long effort this is just quite disappointing ... please fix and compensate!

I also complained this and raised a ticket one month back but got only assurance. And they are asking for pic. How to capture this in pic??????

I want to make sure I'm understanding correctly so I can look into this or see if anyone already is. Are you using Speed Ups, or is this strictly when requesting speed ups from your alliance? Have you already submitted this to CS too?

As a quick follow up after doing some digging, this University research/alliance speedup has been pretty tough to pinpoint. It's something we've been trying to figure out as it appears to be random/inconsistent.
Any additional information you might have would be of great help! Especially if you could add it to a CS report.

Hi Harlem, yes this is connected with alliance university speed up request after finishing branch in parliament, our actual level university research speed up is lvl 10 (5 contributors, 30min each).

Bot is asking for picture, this type of issue cannot be pictured after disappearing from chat...

Random and inconsistent? That’s got to be a joke, right? It is anything but random and inconsistent…it happens every damn time and to pretty much every other member of my alliance. And it’s been an issue for 2+ years with multiple tickets to CS and nothing ever gets fixed. Like others have said, there is absolutely no way to capture the issue with a screenshot, as it happens when you are not logged in to the game.

The only way we have found to prevent the University research speed up requests from disappearing after one donation, is to remain online. As long as you are logged into the game when other members donate to the request, it will work fine. But, if you close the game and someone donates, the request will immediately disappear.

People have been complaining about this bug on the forum for years and we are always told that it is actively being investigated and will be fixed soon, yet nothing ever does get fixed. You guys are too busy wasting time on useless councilor cards, barracks troop boosts/nerfing fiascos, and overpriced events to actually fix this and the countless other bugs that continue to plague this game while never being fixed.

Couldn’t say it better, thanks for sparing me a post! I actually caught it on video and sent it to CS some months ago, might have been my 5th or 6th ticket on the matter, got the standard bot reply… “we are aware, our team is investigating, we cannot give you any timeframe, we ask for you broad patience and understanding, we are sorry, check our forum for Bugs and Known Issues“

I brought this up myself over 18 months ago. I have just tried to find my previous post and guess what, it's been deleted!

You're right, you only get the benefit if you stay online. I also mentioned it in another post I raised when we lost a load of points from Parliament. Those posts too have been deleted.

I have this error since 3 years ago. You know, we're talking about Bighugegames support... do not have many expectations. But I thing they fixed a bug once in 2019, so who knows.
