University and Great Leaders should be changed.

University needs to be unlocked from age limits.
Great leaders should be age locked.
When a great leader is unlocked we should be able to research it to capstone immediately.
This unlocking pieces of them seriously sucks.
Especially since most of their techs are usable by all ages.
Why are leaders from BC time locked to past industrial age?
Those leaders never had industrial and global age expertise in their lives.
So why are they locked to such time periods?
Only Leonardo has a research for anything beyond Enlightenment age.​
Except Amelia who is understandably locked to industrial age.
​​​​​​She too should be fully researchable in industrial age.
A tank specialist great leader should be created Leonardo Heavy tank research should be moved to him/her to unlock in industrial.
Then Leonardo given something new.
And then be fully unlocked in Enlightenment age.
Suleiman should unlock in Gunpowder age.
Saladin, Cathrine, and Sejong should unlock in Medical age.
I feel this would be a better route and design.
