Uni Speedup requests disappear

University speedup requests ( parliament level 10 developed ) disappear before 5 people actually helped. This happens most of the time. I would say 8 out of 10 cases at least.

Is there a way to get this prioritized for the next release? It is still an active bug and is generally resulting in 4 hours of potential time reductions being lost every day.

Specifically the issue is that Parliament based University speed-ups disappear from chat if the REQUESTING player is not online when someone assists.

To be clear, if I request assistance there are 5 "assists" available. If I as the requestor am online when someone assists, then the remaining assistance opportunities are still available. If I am not online in the game when someone assists, then the opportunity for others to assist is gone as the request disappears from chat.

My guess is this would be a pretty easy bug to find and fix as it is 100% reproducible on demand.

Please do what you can to prioritize this. Time savings lost can't easily be made up.

We're having the same problem too. Didn't realise this has been going on since at least last July.

All the resource we've donated to Parliament just seems a total waste.

Would have thought this would have been fixed by now.
