Unable to watch the promotion/retrain videos

I'm not able to watch the videos from the promotion in one sit...

And worse, when you watch promotional videos and then attack with the free retrain up, you will get the same video error message and the free train will start it's cooldown without training your troops.

i am getting the error message "unable to retrieve a video at this time" for the daily rewards.

thx. saw your post with tinsoldier's response. not sure what he means by 'technical limitations'. i'm in north america btw so your problem has nothing to do with you being in south america.
