I have a recommendation for the stronghold.
Currently they have four columns, A-Z, recent, troopcount, troop level
I would like to see them add a column for Favorites
Many times it’s so hard trying to locate what you’re looking for among 1000 tactics

Leveling all Troop Tactics to the same level, the level that accompanies the player with each age progression, would definitely be the best scenario and solution.
This change would improve BHG's revenue with more sales and reduce customers' search options, as they would not have to select troops by level, which is undoubtedly what makes the number of troop tactics so high.

But I agree that a "search" or "favorites" system would be very welcome.

Presumably you're talking about 'levelling' all troops already in the Stronghold? How would that improve BHG's revenue? You already have the troops ...
And if you're talking about levelling the troops available for purchase, that's a different issue ...

Troops are sold in packs, the more you buy, the more discount you get on subsequent tiers.
I've had the experience of purchasing multiple tiers to get the maximum discount, however the troops become outdated as the player advances in age. This discourages players from purchasing multiple tiers of troops at the risk of them becoming "outdated" at some point. Without this type of risk, you can always buy as economically as possible and with the certainty that it will not become outdated, just like what happens with airport runway troops.

Perhaps the only troops that should not be updated are Troop Tactics from the Shipyard. All others must level up just like airport runway troops. That would be a win-win improvement. There are no negative points.

A change in this sense would generate other positive impacts such as reducing the enormous repetition of troop tactics in fortresses due to different levels. An example just to avoid getting away from the reason for this topic.

All very good points - totally agree with you. Except your example seems to actually get away from the reason for the topic.
OP wants to find a solution for TTs in his stronghold. Save the talk about purchases for another thread.

Very good idea, I now have so many different troops and levels that I have lost the overview.

In addition, I would like to see a heading with only airplanes (everything that flies)

Have you heard anything about this from BHG?

I would personally recommend thinking before purchasing troops. If when I spend on game I focus my purchases on stuff for long term and with events rubies troop give always and daily you can gather enough to fight with.

Artifacts, Building, completing researches, events and new age jump are more the type thing I would spend on. Troops and Troops tactics will come allot esp in premium event passes.

Thanks for your point of view. It is undoubtedly a valid point, but not for everyone. Many players buy troop packs and I'm sure you know some. Especially when it comes to offensive players. So if the player wants to purchase these packages, I think it would be interesting for the troops to follow the player's level, as the troops are sold based on their quantity, not their level. Anyway, this is not the focus of the topic. What I gave was a suggestion so that, among other things, the search for Troop Tactics would be easier.

Hoping to bump up this idea of a favourites tab ...

Another idea to clean up the stronghold would be an option to merge the troops like we merge councillors. I'm happy to use my troops for some easy wins but I may not live that long! If we could merge say 5 of them, then they could merge into one troop but upgraded to the next level?

Yet a third option would be to have a goal in the weekend events similar to "Hire Mercenaries" - the goal could be "Use Stronghold Troops"
