I would like to appeal to the forum admins to investigate my erroneous banning and punishment from a “crown freezing” accusation (I had to look this up). In Nexon’s attempts to deter cheating, I have been unfairly targeted and punished (7 day ban and seizure of +16k crowns). I have played Dominations for 4+ years, spent real money (purchased the Estate), and have saved all my crowns following the ‘cash is king’ mantra – mainly using them on permanent boosts (museum artifact space, artifact rerolls, Ironside upgrade manuals, etc.) and waiting for compelling sales/events. Being punished in this way, along with a single, dismissive reply from customer service and a ‘thorough investigation’ confirming the accusation but providing no evidence, is extremely discouraging for a long-time gamer. I am willing to share whatever details required to clear my name and have my hard earned crowns reinstated - my device isn't rooted/jailbroken, check my player stats and you can see my XP/progress rising steadily but not suspiciously. I am confident that in review of my game logs, all crowns earned were legitimate (videos, defenses, hunting stags, etc) and it was also legitimate when I have used crowns albeit sparingly - there was a debit every time I spent crowns. As far as I can tell, my only infraction is not spending money on crowns, so anyone with a large sum will look suspicious. Please help! TheWise
