Second estate sale

I bought a second estate as i was offered at the new estate sale, and although i received confirmation that the paymant was successful , i still not received my second estate.
what's going here ???

You can't have 2 estates. Please contact customer service for a refund

The old man did direct me but there was nothing there.
anywey i'm already was contact the customer service
for asking refund.
they say that they regret to inform me that it was a temp server issue that allowed me to purchase another estate and have 2 estate should not be allowd and they say that they will get back to me when they find a solution.
but they not told me when they going to refund me

if you purchased from the apple store i think you can get a refund from apple. contact them

Nexon can not refund you. You paid to google play, ask google play for a refund.

On the billing information page of my credit card company, it appears that Nexon charge me, not Google play
