5 1/2 hours since launch and the bug that locks you out of the game, and 3 1/2 hours since they acknowledged the problem. And still no evidence that they will fix this anytime soon. Just remove the tutorial, trust me we’ll figure it out

We have been investigating an issue affecting a few Alliances after today's Alliance Leaderboard update. We have discovered the cause of the error and are well underway to implement a hotfix. We thank you for all that helped us in submitting information either via the forums here or directly through our CS Team which was integral to helping us narrow down the cause. We are about to implement the hotfix which should be rolling out later today!

Is the hotfix applied automatically or do we need to update the game? As still have the problem.
