For in-game/bug reporting your first step should be to submit a support ticket to us either using the in-game reporting system or head to our support site and contact us to open a submission form.

While we much prefer you submit a ticket to our support team, you can still post here in the forum. When doing so, be sure to check other threads in this topic to see if anyone else has already shared a similar issue. This helps to quickly gather information of an ongoing issue, and helps to quickly find potential solutions to solved issues.

If there is no existing thread please post a new thread using the following format (please ensure you have linked your player ID to your forum profile as it helps when investigating an issue):

Firstly I am unable to log tickets via website. The page dont render correctly via IOS on my Ipad.
The in app support just open a blank page with a retry icon, see attachments.

Platform (Android/IOS): IOS 17.5.1
Device: IPAD (8th gen)
If PvP issue War/Matchmaking: n/a
Description of issue: Unable to collect crowns under the Council. Unable to fuse cards.
Frequency of issue: always since claiming 20000 crowns
Additional information: screen just have a turning circle even when moving out of council. I have closed app and flushed cache multiple times but this dont help

Worked it out myself. Seems to be caused due to using VPN. Turned VPN off and the crown collected. Fusion also worked.

Instant Retrain did not refresh Protect or Assault rallies. New interface is so cluttered, you cannot tell. Once again stars are lost IN A WAR. QA is so bad.

If PvP issue War/Matchmaking: generals
Description of issue: generals appear unavailable to retrain (all 3) after a few hours of not having them retrained.
Frequency of issue: every time I don’t retrain them right away.
Additional information: I’m hoping that we can use our generals while they are being upgraded. It takes over a year to upgrade 1 to the max level so it would be truly helpful if we could use, things like this only make the make much more less enjoyable.

"You may have an internet connection problem. Check your internet connection and try again.

Player ID: -------"

Try again

I don't know how to solve the problem because it's not related to my Wi-Fi network or my device.

I have the same problem with the same error message. As soon as I changed my account name... stop, I can't access it anymore.

After 3 hours i managed to access the account, but after using a speedup the same error came back. Now i still can't access the account

In my case, compared to your problem, something similar happened to me. The problem started at the beginning of the day on May 1st. Miraculously, I was able to play the next day as if nothing had happened until today around 10 am when the same connection error occurred again. They told me I already had a ticket and that they would contact me.

(The response was between 2 and 3 pm today and I haven't received a response yet.) I don't know what to do. I'm relatively far along in my account.

I'm finishing the Cold War Age. 💀

I am drone age, almost ready to go automation. The problem is now on iOS, Android works fine.

Found an unbreakable building. Wasn't really an issue in this particular attack, but still my troops got stuck.


Description of issue: The building seems to be in construction, but does not have a healthbar nor can be destroyed

It's possible that is a Manufactory Building under construction. This is a known issue that we have no plan to fix at this time.

Guys where are we with iOS? One day it works and another day it doesn't.. still having problems connecting to the server. Always the same error.
