Sputnik 9/29 - 10/6
This week is our Sputnik Event!

Sputnik 1, launched by the Soviet Union into low Earth orbit on October 4, 1957, was the first artificial Earth satellite. The satellite, named ‘Object PS-1’, completed 326 orbits in its first three weeks before its batteries depleted. After the batteries died, PS-1 silently orbited for another two months before falling back into Earth’s atmosphere. In total, it completed 1440 orbits and traveled more than 70 million km.

Sputnik 1 was a radio transmitter, broadcasting radio pulses that were easily detectable even by radio amateurs. The satellite also provided new information about our planet, allowing scientists to better measure the density of the upper atmosphere.
The success of Sputnik 1 is a major milestone in the history of humanity. It ushered in a new era, triggering the Space Race and a swath of new political and scientific developments.

A new war legendary artifact with EXACTLY the same boosts with the (new) kettle drum! That's disappointing.

Just a question:
Why you keep boosting the same troops again and again (mortar/artillery)
and you choose to ignore all other troops;
Is there any specific reason?

It's just boring. 70% of the players playing with those troops. And guess, they are bored.

So people complain about the same combo of units being used so what BHG do double down on basically why not just eliminate all other troops they are pointless now for sure.

What a great idea . Cause you know apparently not being able to counter at all as a defender 191 to 195 edst is not broken enough . Make it possible for off players to go up to 210 215 percent now . I look forward to being pummeled in 1.15 instead of 1.40 by d9 jaybabe etc . Your glorious team should do some testing with some of the tier 1 hitters from ares tea and munks before releasing more broken op legendaries for off on war so you can see for yourselves how much off still overwhelms def on your broken app. Talk about releasing a decent def councillor some parliament defense research just to throw it all down the drain a few weeks later .

I personally welcome this arty since the Gemini helmet is a one liner so would be nice to replace it. And since D is so OP right now that attackers are just hitting walls on the big 3D. If you are D I wouldn’t worry too much, so many D upgraded lately that I doubt big T1 3D bases will all of a sudden be dropping. Besides it’s possible this was a mistake , putting new pic with old drum stats , dunno, will see 10/7 I guess

Yes, why??? In what world is a mortar troop a better troop than a heli? Which by the way still has a screwed up range.

There is only one reason - it is profitable $$$ for them

But it's not balance. Mortars are continually pushed as the preferred troop - with peripherals like coalitions and Councillors added to the mix.
What is the point of having 8 nations with 'uniqueness' and have dozens of troops to choose from when the company continually favours one or two troop types?
Apart from the fact that it's boring, pushing their own agenda takes away our free will - unless of course we prefer to use inferior or less effective troops, then we have all the free will we want.

I do agree, LIBERTY BELL is not needed, make troops like HT, AH, MRL and Infiltrators relevant so we can have variation in attacking styles. The community has many ideas on how it can be done but BHG just needs to listen.

I think it’s time for BHG to put a statement out as to what the state of BHG is in now. Tell us, do you still have employees or just part time contractors who work on small projects. Is BHG financially sound and what are their intentions with Dominations going forward. Will the next age be nothing more then upgrades or will they add more content to spice up the game.
Not sure about the rest of you, but I find myself putting the breaks on as far as spending more money into the game. I need to know more as to what I’m investing in and at this point I have concerns based on recent BHG actions. I do wish BHG had the depth of corporate structure with many employees and communication as they did years ago. I don’t see that anymore and my impressions are they operate with a skeleton crew while constantly coming up with money grab gimmicks.

I agree players should not spend money on this legendary and be disappointed if BHG decide to keep the mortar range nerfed after the event .

They’ll make a ton of money selling the legendary then keep the mortar range nerf after the event just wait and see. I for one will not be spending.
