OP, did you open a ticket? If so, have they responded yet? I am having the same problem, which makes the game unplayable. It also seems like the negative gets bigger every time I log on. I'm curious because I want to know whether to continue to hope that they will respond and stand by their product or do I just move on. There is no way that I will start another account unless they can guarantee that the bug is fixed and it won't happen again. I already invested enough time in starting this game.
