Library research stuck

Any ideas how to fix this. The timer stuck and I can't continue research

I have the same problem on two university leader upgrades. Both stuck at 1d 11h and not counting down. Both show a "Finish now for Free!" button but when clicked says "Not enough Crowns!".

Start another university training, then close and re-open the game and the training will be unstuck. If you are quick, you can cancel the new training for full refund.

I'm having same problem. It started happening when I raised the building to level 2. I start research then leave game and come back to them stuck on 1 day 11hours and they dont count down.

I'm having same problem. It started when I raise the university to level 2. I start research that takes 3 hours but when I come back to the game the timer is stuck on 1 day 11hours. It's been like this for 3 days.

Thanks for that. Tried it, it didn't work but I appreciate the idea. Ended up just cancelling and starting again. 8 days to wait

Mine states 11 days and if you try crowns it tells you you don’t have enough would you like to buy more. I have 20,000 crowns

I know I am only repeating what other people have said but:

I have three university skills that should have finished (and my people are no longer “studying”) but the skills are stuck on green. If I try to start a new skill as advised here it states Your Upgrade Is Finished and then You Don’t Have Enough Crowns For That. There seems to be no way out of it, and I cannot research any more skills. It has been a few days now like this.

If I click cancel it says I will only be refunded half of what it took to start researching whatever. I cannot tell if the research has actually been completed so I am hesitant to cancel just it in case.

Any help?!

Dear Admin,
I have the same problem where it's locked on 1d 11h for Hannibal Barca and Leonardo da Vinci. I tried open on Loe, but it didn't help.

Please patch and compensate your loyal fans.

I lost several days of workers/research time and ressoures, because I had to cancel the stuck research. Should have made a screenshot to get refund from customer support. But thought this is a one-time occurrence.
