the last time they had the speedup use event, i thought ‘no way. im not gonna be using any speedups until i get to suleiman’s generals discount research which requires 6 workers’

by total coincidence im going to complete this event though i dont like the idea of being counted as a happy participant when the devs look at the event statistics lol

The timing of this during S.o.A. is actually somewhat clever on their part. Of course, only my main Space Age account has anywhere near 120 hours worth of speedups to use and it's the one I have the least interest in speeding up during this summer event. Wish these guys would get it through their heads that food/gold, and by extension: wall manuals, have extremely limited utility past enlightenment age and adjust these things accordingly.

Nice place by the way. The ol' Ten Bars Club ain't what it used to be so it's nice that somebody's pleasantly purveying the potent potables these days.

I thought I was going to be around until the end of the game but am seriously considering calling it a day. Nothing to do with the game as such but I feel like I’ve invested enough time now and want to move on. There’s no sense of being part of a community for me either anymore so there’s little to hold on to. I think I became fairly good at 5 starring tough bases so I can leave with some pride, whilst trying to forget my mistakes. Safe to say not many people are going to miss me.

Well I have been idle in this game for several weeks after updating. Only checked in main alliance to donate and joke around, log out, go to other alliances I'm in, do the same thing. View daily videos. Do 2 battles on main account. Log off
Probably we're just in stagnant phase. Plus, I'm still suffering some lags and heats. I'm switching between several games now, but not thinking to quit.

I finished the last level 17 wall piece on my main account last night so am all done with them until Space Age. Time to put my feet up and drink a large glass of red wine whilst the remaining defences get upgraded.

I found a war artifact that gives me a HP boost to both fighters and bombers so am feeling lucky to have both on the same artifact. Both are at 10% currently so that's quite good.

My gold is starting to overflow now library research and walls are done so it was good to spend some gold on upgrading the artifact.

I'm enjoying the Global Age discounts on my mini account. I have the airstrip and factory upgraded and the missile silo is currently being built. I hope to have the fort done and research for MK3 heavy tanks before the end. Maybe I can upgrade my airship to a bomber too.

The question will be whether I make the switch from using a bomber to a transport plane. It's nice to try different mixes on different accounts.

i have 3 accounts and 1 does HTs w/ bomber, 1 does mixed arms w/ transport, 1 does HTs w/ transport

use your airforce on antitank guns, rocket arsenals and bunkers. use HTs on everything else
