Fusing Council cards

This is the 4th time in last 2 months that I fuse WAR council cards (blue’s) and get a purple rare card but it changes from War card to Primary card. I never see them go from Primary(your town) cards to War cards. is this a bug? Can we get this changed? I get 4 purples (primary) to 1 (War) as it is just opening packs/fusing of cards and then it takes a long time to fuse 25 blues to get a purple as that’s 75 blue council cards, then the excitement goes away knowing it’s not going to be a War card even though I just fused 75 blue/rare war council cards. What gives?

Same thing happened when I used 500 crowns on a war card to try for someone I did not have in my war collection and BAM, it changes to a Primary card for another disappointment.

I agree. The first several (blue to purple) that I fused stayed in their respective chambers. Two of the last Three have switched chambers. After all that work, they should stay in the same chamber they were promoted from.

Appreciate the feedback. Currently, when fusing cards and hitting the 25th guaranteed upgrade it is a 50/50 chance that it will be war or primary. The fusion count takes both primary and war together, not separately, and because of that it can give either primary or war.
