Dominations world game launch iOS issue

My file download stops at 305/1401 when I hit “launch game” button on website. CS has now told me I should play my game on a pc instead of my iPad. I have always played this game since 2016 on an iPad. What bs is this? When you flip the switch and we are forced to play through the website, will I lose my game? I am level 438. I will not start over if your faulty tech means I lose access to my game. I have deleted the app and cleared cache. I have a ton of free memory. And game tech support tells me to play on pc. Yet look on website it says game is better on mobile devices and iOS. Anyone have any suggestions??

We do not recommend you play DomiNations through DomiNationsWorld.com on a tablet or mobile device. DomiNations World is meant to play on the PC browser and doesn't offer the correct play experience through a mobile browser. Play through the DomiNations App as you normally would.

You are not being forced to play through the website on a PC; however, the current setup process mentioned here is done through DomiNations World. When the account management update goes live you'll still be playing on the app as normal.
