Information regarding Leaderboard Reward Claim period has been added to the OP

The game was so good on android after last update or so it seemed.
On past ww,i did my secounds attacks and left the game.(i saw my attack record).
I returned to the game after the few hours,my attack did not record.all used troops missed and no retrain there.
You know that many times an attack determines the ww result. In addition, the loss of forces, which sometimes happens, is annoying.I hope next update will be better and fix attacks and retrain errors. Although I personally try, I always see the game's weaknesses as smaller than its attractiveness. And remembering these things is only to make it better.

I've lost attacks and troops several times and CS says they can't reimburse me. Which is absurd, as at the very least the VIP training was something you get for a paycheck. When I lose generals in a war, I have to spend crowns to retrain.
Anyway... I'm glad to hear a report like this, as it clarifies difficulties I'm encountering in the game and evidencing a lack of more careful attention on the part of the customer service.

In fact, now, half of my war attacks have this problem. I did an attack half an hour ago, and after it finished, the game locked. After rejoin,half of my troops lost and there is not retrain.just lucky my attack recorded in result page.
(And lost all troops in secound attacks
I asked others.some have same priblems and some not.(

This shouldn't be an issue in the upcoming season, but we're definitely keeping an eye on it.

yes Rafar is absolutely correct! It was very annoying seeing your wall cost drop and raise every other battle for no reason....

Uninstall game completely and reinstall it again.i did it.
if you update game,old data case problem.its better for me now.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Here did not solve the problem.
After each attack, when asking to retrain the lost troops the game goes into load mode and nothing else works. I need to exit the App, return to the game and put the lost troops to retrain.
This happens without blessings or with the retraining blessings. Whatever. The problem is that with the retraining blessings you end up forgiving the troops used in the attack.
The same is true when trying VIP or video retraining.

I reinstall game.was good for me untill i changed account.then problem backed again and troops retrain gone.maybe change account case it.I really tired.each attack must train army frim zero.must leave ww for long time.hope it solve in next update.

We also stopped ww in our alliance. Many players with the same problem.
Some even taking a vacation from Dominations and returning to enjoy other games .
Are they already working on this?
So far no announcement about these issues that started after the 11.2.1 hotfix.

250 crowns is a very obvious sign of huge underestimating. I just suffered few crash - losing all army - and this period was already a pain, tempting me to switch to other games. How about alliances who had to stop ww? Lost glory, lost members.. And to be honest no one was really trusting dev before but now this is worse. You cannot repair this quickly but at least show you realized.

Unfortunately, the problem is not only the loss of troops in the war. Even in multi attacks,if you put an instant troops blessing to build troops, after the first or second multi-attack, the game will kill and the troops will be lost. Airplanes, tactics, generals, everything. And all of them. They cannot be recovered even with blessings. That means that for each attack, you either have to give at least 300 crowns or you can play carefree.
️Maybe this information will help;
1- After the attack, as soon as you press retrain button, the game crashes and the troops are lost and cannot be recovered. 2- If you have used 2/3 or more of the troops and your attack takes more than a minute, this problem occurs. 3- If you have used less than half of the troops, the attack will last less than a minute, you have more than 50% chance that your troops will not be lost. It seems that the server is unable to process the attack.
️Global or asia version ate same.both has problem.
it seems just Android players has this problems.not depend on devices.

Problems? He follows:
- You must restart the game after each battle.
- After the battles it is not possible to train the lost troops, because when clicking anywhere the game enters loading mode.
- After battles, food, gold and oil resources are delivered, but trade items are not counted.
- Sometimes the game doesn't go into loading mode after a battle and then I think it will be possible to play a new battle or update my base, but suddenly the game goes into loading mode starts again and I lose the progress I had made.

Yea, instant retrain is scratching the surface of the domino effect that follows with what you're describing and what we're tracking. I don't have an immediate answer/solution in regards to the loss of troops and the hard crash that has come about causing that loss and by proxy resources, but the team is tackling these issues as best as they can. I can only update as soon as information becomes available. We're aware and are working to get everyone back into the game in a full capacity, it's frustrating on many levels, but know that we're working to resolve these issues as quickly as we can.

Do keep an eye on the forums as we're updating as soon as the information becomes available.

The distance between my post and your post was not much. In this interval, I lost my forces four times. Out of a total of six attacks. This is my last post. Maybe I will check the game next month. But now I prefer to go back to the old games to play. After four years, of course, I am sure the problem will be solved. It seems that the number of players is too much for the server. Another ten percent will be banned, maybe the problem will be solved. Anyway, good luck.

There is a solution here that worked for me and several players in the last war. I bet it might help you temporarily.
After the attack war, don't press the retrain button, but you will immediately see your attack replay. In normal mode.(1X) Do this whether the net break circle is rotating or has not yet arrived. After the replay is over, go back and hit retrain.
(One more thing I did in both attacks that I don't know if it had an effect or not. I didn't use mercenary and coallitions troops. I doubt that it will have any effect, but I mentioned that it is a complete solution. With using cialition troops,you will get crash.)
