Demolition not working on the FC - new feature or did I miss something?

Tried like 15 times to place 2 demolition tactics on the opponents FC during a WW attack, but was getting a message "Invalid target".
Is this new, or it was like this for a longer time? I was doing this here and there in the past, but since Global FC was not destructible anymore with two Ivl 3 demolitions, stopped using it.
Lately I have researched the Lvl 4 Demolition and wanted to try out...
Uhm...
At the end had to destruct the two AArs near the FC with the demos and finish off the FC with planes for the 5 stars, but still, did I miss something?
Is it a bug or feature?

strange, I used demo in a war attack after update and it worked fine on FC.

Then it's a bug... maybe related with the fort nearby.
Maybe Nb4powerup could investigate...
