#1. High developed alliances still cannot start their World War

This has also been issue here. Korea is no exception.

#2. Including Iron Age sub account into World War

There are 2 major stances. One is it can be considered as necessary evil to those who cannot start their World War. This problem is linked with Issue #1.

The other opinion is that it is only justifying sandbagging, and Nexon must take actions.

#3. Resource bug glitch

There has been massive ban wave against those who used bug glitch to obtain resources(Gold, Food, Oil)

Because it did not involve hacking tools, 1 year ban has been set.

#4. Troop donation bug

This bug is known to happen when part of requested troops survive while defending the base.

"Request Troops" would ask for full Alliance troop limit, instead of asking for only the loss.

Korean users are quite aware of this bug and some voluntarily discard donated troops if number of donated troops exceed the limit.

No official answer was given from Forum of Game Managers yet.

can anyone enlighten me here? if there is a bug, (obviously given how slappy this game is), why it is someone's fault if they are taking advantage this bug? Your design has flawed, it is your fault of delivering such bad product, if anything, BHG should take internal discipline against their loser s/w team, instead of randomly banning user base.

If you read the Terms of Service for Dominations - which I doubt any of us read - there's a bullet point prohibiting the use of "exploit errors in design, features which are not documented and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available." This gives Nexon the option to ban players who are using said "exploit errors in design." I believe all games have such disclosures in their ToS. So yes, they can ban you for taking advantage of a bug. And honestly, most people who were banned for what CataKim mentioned absolutely knew that they were exploiting a bug.

I enjoy reading these translated posts from the Korean Forums. It is good to know that they are dealing with very similar game issues. Hopefully the awareness doesn't just stop at the player base :)

Yet, the NightWitch bug was so rampant and they didnt ban anyone from doing it.

Those players are not exploiting bugs for the purpose of 'gaining access,' the only context to which that portion of the TOS applies.

Or how about half the playerbase using the force-quit exploit to keep the loot, but not drop medals. That has been fixed, but it was rampant. I think the difference here is it was a small group of players that knew how to exploit it, and it really gave a huge advantage. Much worse than the other ones.
