fusing is worse than gamble.I currently have 2100 councillors across 3 accounts and I dont fuse them anymore. With such low odds it becomes pointless. A Council event that raises those odds for 3-4 days would be nice

I've noticed lately I've had more luck in getting a few epic cards for some reason. Always nice to receive new ones.
